A standard shipping rate of £3.50 applies to all clothing items, and £6.00 for footwear.

The Swap Shop uses a third party to ship all items.

It is possible to combine shipping of multiple item.

You should expect to receive your item(s) in 3-5 working days.

Free local collection is available to customers. Please contact to arrange.

Sorry, we do not currently ship internationally.

The packaging we use is recyclable. Please hold onto the shipping bag to send us your newly submitted items.

We do not currently offer refunds.

However if you are unhappy with the item received, feel free to resubmit it for a Swap Coin.

We are unable to reimburse any Swap Coins or return your submissions if you decide to cancel your subscription.
